Detailed · For your yes or no

Offer &Delivery.

What we sell, the system behind it, what you and Aaron run every day to keep the promise, and the road to January. Every card has a yes, a change or a no. Tell us where we're wrong.

01

The offer · one program, two lengths

What he buys.

Basic, Pro and Pro+ retire. Everyone gets the full delivery; the only choice is how long. Prices are our proposal, and the current dial is the live test of what this buyer pays.

O1Your call

The name

Option A: "The Zero-Lapse Transformation". The mechanism is the offer.

Option B: "The Fail-Proof Transformation, powered by Zero-Lapse". Your current brand stays; Zero-Lapse is the engine inside it.

Tell us which in Suggest. It's your brand.

O2Proposed

One program, two lengths

No tiers. A ₹1.5L+ buyer doesn't pick from a feature list; he pays for certainty and for you. Tiers make him compare features. One program makes him decide on time.

  • 3 months: he stops lapsing, and sees it.
  • 6 months, the flagship: his body matches his career.
O3Proposed

3 months

₹75,000 or 2 instalments
  • Everything in the core (O5)
  • Day 1 Identity Reset call with Umer
  • Phase Two plan before the program ends

Today: Pro+ is ₹48,000 for 3 months. The dial sells 3 months at ₹55,000.

O4Flagship

6 months

₹1,35,000 or 2 instalments
  • Everything in the core (O5)
  • Day 1 Identity Reset call with Umer
  • A monthly 1:1 strategy review with Umer
  • A performance milestone: an event or a lift target, the way Sourabh did HYROX
  • A maintenance plan, so it holds after

Why 6 leads: results land between months 4 and 7. Sourabh: 13 kg in 7 months, HYROX at month six.

O5Proposed

The core, in both lengths

  • Zero-Lapse texts (today: Accountability Maxxing Texts)
  • Crunch Mode for bad weeks (new, see M4)
  • Diet built around his calendar, plus the 200+ item Food Swap Guide
  • Training in Tracked, with form review (P.T. In Your Pocket)
  • Weekly 1:1 review, and 24x7 chat
O6Needs Aaron

Calls on demand

Pro+ today includes up to 4 calls on demand a week. On a bigger book that is Aaron's whole week.

Our proposal: keep it, capped at 2 a week, because the Daily Catch and Crunch Mode do most of what those calls did. If Aaron can carry 4, say so.

O7Proposed

Payment

Full payment first. Two instalments allowed. No downsell to a cheaper tier: a lead who can't pay is a lead for later, not a discount.

O8Unchanged

Your guarantee

The conditional 2x refund stays exactly as it is: weekly data, cardio goals, diet talk before off-plan food, 2 workouts a week.

What changes: the lapse log (D6) records those four conditions every week, so if a refund is ever asked for, the record already exists.

O9Agreed 26 Oct

The dial runs first

Your past leads keep getting the 3-month offer at ₹55,000 to about 10 Nov, as agreed. Nothing here stops it. It is also our price test: what this buyer actually pays sets the final numbers on O3 and O4.

02

The unique mechanism · Zero-Lapse

Why it workswhen nothing else did.

He doesn't fail because of the wrong plan. He fails in the days after one bad day. Three of the four parts already run in your delivery; they just had no name, no proof and no number.

M1Your words

The enemy: Plan-and-Pray

A coach hands over a plan, checks in once a week, and steps in only after the damage is done. That is your own description of the competition, and it becomes the thing every ad and reel argues against.

"They simply don't stick to an effective diet and training program consistently for long enough to see meaningful results."

M2Runs today

1 · The Non-Negotiables

The plan is cut to the few things that must happen every day, built around his calendar. Your core principle: "zeroing in on just the non-negotiables".

M3Runs today

2 · The Daily Catch

The coach messages first, every day, before the slip. Not after. Today's Accountability Maxxing Texts, given a name and a rule.

M4New

3 · Crunch Mode

When the week blows up (a trip, a deadline, a wedding), the plan drops to the non-negotiables the same day instead of breaking. He never has to choose between the full plan and nothing.

New delivery, so it needs both of you. How it runs: D4.

M5Runs today

4 · The Weekly Reset

Measure, review, adjust: diet, training, form. Today's weekly 1:1 and P.T. In Your Pocket, plus the lapse log.

M6The number

The 24-hour promise

24h

No missed day goes 24 hours without the coach stepping in. Clients will still miss days. Zero-Lapse doesn't promise they won't; it promises the miss never turns into a lapse. It's checkable, it's the opposite of Plan-and-Pray, and after 8 to 12 weeks it is the proof: "average response to a missed day: X hours".

The question that decides it: can Aaron hold 24 hours on every client, every day?

03

One client · one real week

What deliverylooks like.

A client on the 6-month, in a week that goes wrong. Times and wording are examples; Aaron sets the real ones.

Monday

The Daily Catch

The coach writes first, with today's non-negotiables fitted to his calendar. He replies with one word.

Part 2
Tuesday

The first slip

No session logged. Plan-and-Pray finds out on Sunday. Zero-Lapse finds out the same night and hands him a smaller way back.

Trigger T2Caught in 30 min
Wednesday

The week blows up

A work trip, three days of client dinners. Crunch Mode cuts the plan to three things the same afternoon. Nothing breaks.

Crunch Mode
Thursday

On plan, on the road

A 20-minute hotel session and one good dinner. That is a win in a week that used to be a write-off.

Non-negotiables held
Friday

Umer steps in

Second miss in seven days, so it escalates: a voice note from Umer. The face of the brand turns up exactly when he's about to drift.

Trigger T5
Sunday

The Weekly Reset

The numbers go into the lapse log: misses, how fast the coach responded, how fast he was back. Twelve weeks of this is the proof nobody else in the market has.

Service delivery · what you and Aaron run

Keepingthe promise.

Most of this is what Aaron already does. The difference is that it's written down, timed and measured, so a second coach can deliver the same system and the proof builds itself.

D1Proposed

Day 1

  • Identity Reset call, Umer, about an hour. The "change your mind altogether" conversation, before anything else starts.
  • Onboarding call, Aaron. Baseline photos and numbers, Tracked set up.
  • His Non-Negotiables, written. Three to five daily items fitted to his real calendar, plus his Crunch Mode three.
  • His date. The wedding, trip or deadline he gave on the application, written into his plan.
D2Proposed

Every day

  • Morning: the coach writes first. Today's non-negotiables, one line.
  • Evening: a check on what got logged. Anything missing triggers the playbook (section 05).
  • 24x7 chat stays as it is.

The fixed rule: the coach's message goes out before his day starts, not after it ends.

D3New

The playbook, written

Every trigger, the message for it, the time window, and when Umer steps in. Written once with Aaron, this week. Draft triggers in section 05.

Why it matters: today the system lives in Aaron's head. Written down, a second coach delivers the same thing, and you can grow past Aaron's ceiling without the quality dropping.

D4New

Crunch Mode, how it runs

  • Who starts it: he flags it ("travelling Wed to Fri"), or the coach sees it coming.
  • When: the same day. Never "we'll adjust at the weekly".
  • What: his Crunch Mode three, set on Day 1. For example: a protein target, a step count, one 20-minute session.
  • Ends: the day the week settles, back to the full plan.
D5Runs today

Every week

  • Data in by the day you set: weight, photos, sessions, steps.
  • The weekly 1:1 review: diet, training, form.
  • The lapse log updated (D6). A missed reset is moved, never skipped.
D6New

The lapse log

One row per client per week: days missed, hours until the coach stepped in, days until back on plan, Crunch Mode days, guarantee conditions met.

A shared sheet to start. After 8 to 12 weeks it is your proof stack, and it keeps the 2x refund honest both ways.

D76-month only

Monthly, with Umer

A 1:1 strategy review with Umer once a month for every flagship client. It's what the premium buys. How long the call runs is yours to set.

D8Proposed

The finish

  • 3-month: a written Phase Two plan before the last week, which is also the natural renewal conversation.
  • 6-month: the milestone (an event or a lift target) and a maintenance plan so it holds after.
D9New

Proof, on a schedule

At weeks 4, 8 and 12: photos, kilos, the lapse-log numbers, and a one-line quote, with written consent. Collected as part of the weekly reset, not chased months later.

Every ad we run needs real stories with real numbers. This is where they come from.

D10Your number

Capacity

You've told us 100 clients without losing quality; an earlier figure was 60 with two coaches. The 24-hour promise makes this the real limit.

We need from you: how many clients Aaron can hold at this standard, and at what number you bring in a second coach trained on the playbook.

05

The playbook · draft triggers

Every sliphas a response.

Tap a trigger. Each one has a message, a window, and a point where it escalates to Umer. All windows sit inside the 24-hour promise. These are our draft; Aaron makes them real.

TDraft

The trigger set

Do these seven cover what actually goes wrong with your clients? What's missing, what would you time differently, and where should Umer step in earlier or later?

06

The roadmap · to January

How itgoes live.

Nothing stops the dial. The system gets written while it runs, the front door gets built behind it, and Zero-Lapse launches the week the dial ends.

R1Now to ~10 Nov

The dial finishes

Varun's team keeps working your past leads with the ₹55,000 3-month offer. Every call logged; what closes, and at what price, feeds the final prices.

R2By Sun 1 Nov

Write the system

Both: the intervention playbook with Aaron (D3), Crunch Mode defined (D4), the lapse-log sheet (D6). You: one real client story for each core buyer type (see the ICP & Content tab).

R32 to 8 Nov

Build the front door

Us: the new page and application, with the ₹1.5L line and the date question; ad scripts for the core buyers. You: shoot 3 to 4 creatives for each, within 5 working days of the scripts.

R4~Mid Nov

Zero-Lapse launches

New ads live on the core buyers, then 2 or 3 experimental moments on a small test budget. Every lead tagged by buyer type, every call recorded, the 24-hour clock running on every new client.

R5December

Keep what converts

Spend moves to the buyer types that bring qualified applications. Ad budget agreed in writing before 1 December. Clients finishing their program are offered Zero-Lapse as their next phase.

R6January

The proof, and a full month

The first lapse-log numbers from the November clients (week 8 lands early January) go into the ads. The aim: a full month of new revenue that doesn't depend on the old list.

R7Parked

Parked: the low-ticket starter

The starter-product funnel from the first plan is on hold. Zero-Lapse sells first; we come back to a starter once the program is closing on new traffic. Yes means agreed to park it.
